At Bruno’s Bows, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bow isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Bows

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or wear.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
